Hi, I'm Liz
Registered Nurse and Life & Wellness Coach 

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. For over a decade, I’ve served as an emergency department nurse, supporting people through some of the most intense and vulnerable moments of their lives. That work has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, but it also opened my eyes to something bigger: so much of what we treat in the hospital can actually be prevented when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and honor our wellbeing.

 

After experiencing my own season of burnout, I realized that nursing didn’t have to stop at the bedside. I wanted to create a space where people could pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, before reaching the breaking point. That’s how Shift to Serenity was born.

 

I believe that serenity isn’t about escaping life’s chaos, but about finding clarity and strength within it. No matter what season you’re in, whether you’re stressed, searching for balance, or simply curious about what thriving could feel like, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and well.
