Before I started working with Liz as my nurse coach, I had the high tendency to feel guilt and/or shame around what I should be doing/how I should be doing things/advocating for taking time for myself or asking for help. Through our coaching sessions, she has opened up how to expand on my guilty thought process tendencies. Instead, I understand that I can reframe guilty thoughts to thoughts that are empowering and positive. I truly believe that the repetition of this exercise will help in my overall goal of feeling more "myself" and confident in my own thoughts/feelings/needs, etc. Liz is an excellent listener and very attentive.
