Hi, I'm Liz Olivas. 

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
For over a decade, I’ve served as an emergency department nurse, supporting people through some of the most intense and vulnerable moments of their lives. That work gave me a deep appreciation for resilience, but it also opened my eyes to something bigger: so much of what we treat in the hospital can actually be prevented when we slow down, listen to our bodies, and honor our wellbeing. 


That realization became even more personal when I experienced my own season of burnout. It was then that I understood that nursing didn’t have to stop at the bedside. I felt called to create a space where people could pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, before reaching the breaking point. This is where the power of self-care and resilience lies, putting you in control of your well-being. That’s how Shift to Serenity was born.

I believe serenity isn’t about escaping life’s chaos, but about finding clarity and strength within it. No matter what season you’re in, whether you’re experiencing stress, burnout, or simply seeking balance and well-being, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and well.
